And to repeat what someone else mentioned, they do not all have to match, either. It's hard to find something that EVERYONE will like and use, but if you want to go that direction: * A nice picture frame with a note in it telling them you will pay for one print to put in it once you get your photographers' pics back. (make sure the photographer takes one of each of the girls with you, or a group shot) * Cute, inexpensive flip flops or slippers to match their dresses for the reception (if you know their shoe size) * The spa idea is a good one - either all going together the day before the wedding, or gift certificates. * My friends put vases on the head table for the bouquets, and then we got to take them home (not that I use vases very often, but it was a good thought). I hate totes- you get them free from everywhere- every makeup counter gives you one. I have 5 of them in my closet I could mail you!! LOL I hate personal things too... I have a box full of jewerly boxes, mirrors, brushes, lipstick holders and crap that I don't use and can't give away because my name is on it. I also asked all of them to tell me what scents they want to "try" at the spa night. Then I'm going to give them each a bag with stuff that they selected to "try".
