What should I wear to my bridal shower?

My bridal shower is next month. I recently purchased a white dress and I would like to wear it for that day but I don’t know if wearing white to my own bridal shower would look OK. Any suggestions? Maybe I can wear the white dress and add pink (my wedding color)?!

Since the bridal shower is organized by your friends, it would be very acceptable to wear anything that you like because your friends all care about you. If you want to wear the white dress, go ahead, but don’t feel like you have to. You can just wear anything that you feel comfortable in, because the whole point of the bridal shower is to have fun with you friends.

Three piece suit ensemble, either a skirt type or dress slacks. A nice blouse , silk maybe.

white is fine or you can just buy a pink dress and add white. get something soft that you can move in.
I would not wear white…I think you should get a soft color, like a pale green, or baby blue, or even just a pink dress. Maybe even yellow if if goes with your skin color. I don’t think white is appropriate. You need to wear something with color.
