Order a huge sub pre-cut in how many pieces you want and make each of you bring drinks, cookies, cupcakes and plasticware. Split the price of the sub!

this is delish and will compliment whatever else you serve...

8oz cream cheese -make sure it is room temperture
1 lg can crushed pineapple drained very well
1/2 cup chopped pecans
raisin bread

Combine all of above. Spread between 2 pieces of raisin bread. Cut into bite size squares....they taste great!

and another thing i would for sure serve (you can cook these before you leave the house that morning)

sauage balls
1 lb hot sauage - bring to a room temperture (buy a good quality brand)
3 cups bisquick
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar

lay sauage out to come to room temperture several hrs before you are ready to combine mixture....

preheat oven to 400

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients...you really have to knead by hand very throughly to mix well....you need to make sure they are mashed and combined (lots of elbow grease -ha) ...then roll into 1 inch balls and bake until golden for about 12 minutes ....i usually line my pan in foil for easy clean up and then put them on paper towels while they cool...once they cool you can transport them to your brunch....i wouldnt seal them in a dish hot because they would sweat and not be as tasty....these are great even as leftovers....

oh if you want a dipping sauce for sauage balls mix 1 cup hellman's mayo and 1 tablespoon mustard...combine...

have a great brunch!

How about sandwiches, banana bread, scones, fruit, muffins with different cream cheeses and dips, cubed cheeses. Punchbowel with sherbert and fruit in it. I served punch at an office party and was big hit.

I dont know if you ever heard of edible arrangements, this company makes fruit bouquets. we have in NJ

Those little finger sandwhiches and fruit cups. Keep it simple. Some may be watching their diet and this way you can have variety without having to worry about anyones individual needs. Oh, and do have a veggie tray! Tea, coffee, pucnh(?), and water!
