NOT a short skirt tho (to the knee would be fine). Then add some sandals. Just something fun and tasteful. A couple weeks ago I went to a shower for my sister-in-law to be, and my little cousin (she's 19) wore a cami and tiny little white miniskirt. I can't believe her mother didn't say anything to her before they left the house --- it was totally inappropriate. She looked like she thought she was Paris Hilton or something. I didn't mention it to her, because it was too late, but I felt sorry for her.
