when? weather ? if its soon, then it’s summer in most parts of the country, so a cute little skirt and top (nothing revealing and vampy) is fine…….casual chic apparel is the requirement on most of these sorts of occasions. Have fun.
If it’s the summertime, I would wear a cute shirt (nothing low-cut, but not a t-shirt either) with a skirt — something lightweight with flowers on it maybe. NOT a short skirt tho (to the knee would be fine). Then add some sandals.
Just something fun and tasteful. A couple weeks ago I went to a shower for my sister-in-law to be, and my little cousin (she’s 19) wore a cami and tiny little white miniskirt.
I can’t believe her mother didn’t say anything to her before they left the house — it was totally inappropriate. She looked like she thought she was Paris Hilton or something. I didn’t mention it to her, because it was too late, but I felt sorry for her.
i pretty much wear nothing in the shower, i feel it defeats the purpose and is actually a little uncomfortable, tho the three stooges do it all the time fully clothed
well if you are not sure if this is a formal gathering or an informal gathering. you ask the person who is holding the bridal shower or ask the bride herself. they can give you a clue as what is acceptable to wear to the party.

I’d wear some nice slacks and a blouse that is appropriate for the weather.
Something casual, yet classy. Something you’ll feel comfortable giving a helping hand in.
Ms Berry,
May I suggest:
1. One that makes you feel happy and confident…
2. One that the color doesn’t put attention to you but to the bride you are there to honor…
Have a wonderful time!!!
I’d say a cute pair of capri’s with some flat sandals and a nice, not too dressy blouse. You want comfort, save the fancy stuff for the wedding day…

Nice slacks and a summer sweater will be very appropriate and so will a sundress.
Ask the hostess what to wear.
