What is a good shot to use for the bridal dance at my wedding ?

Kristen H asked:

I’m looking for suggestions for a shot that I can use for the traditional bridal dance at my wedding. I need something that is cheap to make, that almost everyone who drinks would enjoy, and especially one that isn’t too harsh so I don’t give my guests alcohol poisoning :). Any suggestions would be appreciated

Your right you definitely have to have shots after the bridal dance. Just make sure you only do them with a select few otherwise, you’ll be falling down. We served two different trays of shots - peach schnapps on one and a good blended whiskey on the other. Try to serve them cold if you can. I don’t recommend a mixed shot. Gotta love that bridal polka. Does your family do the circle at the end where you husband has to break through to rescue you? Congratulations.

Well, if you want it to taste good, make jello shots. Mix vodka in with the jello mixture and pour into plastic shot glasses.

At my wedding, I’m having shots of Jagermiester. ;)

I wouldn’t enjoy it, esp. if it were home-made. I would prefer Baileys or a glass of wine.
