Has anyone seen a Rose Petal pink sash to match David’s Bridal colors?
writergirl asked:
For my wedding in March, my bridesmaids are wearing rose petal ( a light pink) dresses by David’s Bridal. I have an Alfred Angelo (style 1816) dress that I’m going to add a pink sash around the waist. I want them to match as good as possible. David’s only has the floor length ribbon in that color. Has anyone seen a similar color by another company? Thanks!
I miss clicked. Sorry it’s in home and garden.

What has this to do with “garden and landscape”? Keep the money and go to a JP, didja know a notary public can perform the ceremony legally.
Here are two options:
- Find the closest match you can at a fabric store and have a seamstress make the sashes for you. They are pretty quick to sew, so the cost shouldn’t be too high as they won’t take much fabric.
- Ask a boutique that sells the dress you hope to match if they can order matching fabric. It is usually about 3 times more expensive than similar fabric somewhere else, but you get an exact match. You wouldn’t need much fabric, although they usually require you to order in 1-yard increments.
